- Carrier regulations
- International routing policies
Customers must ensure their use of the Services complies with applicable laws in every jurisdiction where services are deployed.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
Customers may not use VoiceBuy Services for:
- Illegal telecommunications activities
- Robocalling in violation of applicable laws
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Fraudulent traffic generation
- Traffic pumping
- CLI spoofing where prohibited
- Denial-of-Service attacks
- Distribution of malware
- Illegal content transmission
- Activities that may damage VoiceBuy’s network or reputation
VoiceBuy reserves the right to suspend services immediately where abuse or fraud is detected.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including:
- Software
- Source code
- Documentation
- Graphics
- Logos
- Product names
- Text
- APIs
- Technical documentation
remain the exclusive property of VoiceBuy or its licensors.
No license or ownership rights are transferred through use of the website or Services.
